Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Return Window
Unless a product page states otherwise, eligible unworn and unwashed items may be requested for return within 4 days after delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, personalized or custom products, worn items, washed items, damaged-by-customer items, and items missing original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange unless required by law.
3. Return Authorization
Email info@mindfulteeshirts.com before sending an item back. Include your order number, email address, item details, and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, route protection, gift wrap, and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless we made an error. Payment providers may take additional time to post refunds.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges depend on inventory availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another available option.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us promptly with photos and order details. We may provide a replacement, refund, or other remedy after review.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve order issues. We reserve the right to provide order, delivery, communication, and policy records to payment providers in response to disputes or chargebacks.
